4/24/2002

The temple  has four working clocks, with one facing North, South, East & West. The top of the spire is 165' from the ground on top of the 90' X 130' structure built to withstand the largest of earthquakes, made of concrete and steel with a 6" limestone veneer.

The Temple includes the baptistery, a beautifully replicated assembly hall, six sealing rooms ( 4 on the forth floor and 2 large ones in the "attic box"), a Creation Room,  Garden Room, World Room, Terrestrial Room, Celestial Room, offices, laundry, non-member waiting area and a lunch room . The first floor assembly hall that was in the original building will be replicated at about half the size in the center east side of the first floor according to the floor plans shown to the city council.
The temple will be open for the public to tour for a about7 weeks and then dedicated. Once it is dedicated, the Temple will only be open to worthy members of the Church.
