The First Presidency has released the following information regarding the Nauvoo, Illinois Temple Dedication:
We are pleased to announce that the dedication services of the Nauvoo, Illinois
          Temple will be broadcast to stake centers worldwide on Thursday, evening, June 27th,
          2002. The services will be broadcast live at 6:00 P.M. CDT, and rebroadcast at 8:00
          P.M. CDT. The concluding dedicatory service will also be broadcast live worldwide at
          5:00 P.M. CDT on Sunday evening, June 30th, 2002.

          Because some time zones will receive these broadcasts at inconvenient hours
          additional rebroadcasts in these areas will be scheduled at a convenient hour on
          Friday, June 28th, 2002 or Sunday, June 30th, 2002.

          Special dedication recommends will be available through priesthood leaders to all
          baptized, temple worthy members desiring to attend.

          Members are encouraged to participate in these services in their own stake center.

     Instructions also included a toll-free number for possible ticket information. An additional week, May 6-18, 2002 has been added to the open house with first priority tickets available to members within the North American Central area. (800-537-6719)

     All other tickets will be issued after March 1. On the 800# recording, it also indicates that after
     February 4, people can call for dedication tickets. Members holding recommends within the Nauvoo
     Temple District will be given first choice as issued by local priesthood leaders.
